Ravanan - I saw this movie last week in theatres. This is the 3rd movie am seeing all alone. What can I say.. Maniratham always makes the best movies. The theme of the movie is Ramayanam and its done in Tamil and Hindi and dubbed in Telugu too. I saw the Tamil version and I am very sure Abshiek couldn't have done better than Vickram. Before I comment about Vickram, Prithvi was SO HOT!!!.. Ash and him make a very pair but there wasn't any scene of them together besides a song. Ash did something different this time. She was looking beautiful as usual even without make up. Her suits especially the white one she wore. omg!!! so pretty.
It was also very nice to see Karthik and Prabu back together after a long time especially Karthik. He has his own style always. Priyamani has done well too but she is having too many tragic endings nowadays in the films. Coming back to Vickram, outstanding performance by him. He was always moving and talking fast but he needs to practice on his dancing skills more. Mani always like to shoot his scenes with the rain but then it blended well. I was also shock to see Ranjieetha w/o saying anything in the movie. I think Vickram fits into Ravanan's character better than the police officer's character in Hindi. I am yet to catch the Hindi version. Overall, so what the movie didn't manage to hit the box office.. Ravanan is one of the best of Maniratman.
Prince - PEOPLE DON'T EVER WATCH THIS MOVIE UNLESS U ARE VIVEK OBERI'S FAN. This is Vivek's worst movie I have ever seen. Thank god I didn't borrowed this movie. Why did he do such a movie? Full of special effects.. beautiful scenery.. everyone looking the best.. slow motion entries.. stuns looking so fake. Look at the 3 ladies.. all the 3 of them are looking like pin up models. There wasn't any life in them.. They were doing nothing but coming in 2 pieces and looking sexy. Hey whats the point. Oh..not forgetting Vivek doing passionate kissing in several scenes..Overall a very boring movie ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Kola Kolaya Mundhirika - there is never any big ads for Karthik (not sure of this full name) movie always.. reason being he is not an actor who is always seen in the screen. His movie s are simple, nice and this movie was funny too. A full length comedy movie with most of the comedians. The heroine was also looking sweet. A movie to watch with a cup tea.
Singam - As fan of Surya, I was looking forward for this movie. I must say I was very disappointed. A very usual movie. Surya dialogues were said in highest tone which I hate most in all Indian movies. Loved him in Kaaka Kaaka as a cop but in the movie.. nothing great... I dint like this meesai too..maybe his character was based on village so that explains the meesai. It was nice to see prakashraj as a typical villain after a long time. Apart from that, Anushka was better in this movie compared to Veetaikaran. Vivek comedy was something different in this movie from usual message comedy ...apart from all this..can be seen once for the sake of our dashing hero Surya...
